Facility
Bivins Orthodontics is located at 220 Mt. Pleasant
Road in the Brick Professional Building directly behind
Great Bridge Middle School.
The Office occupies the upper floor and encompases
over 4,000 square feet of space. There are video and
gaming areas for patients to enjoy prior to their
orthodontic appointments as well as wall-mounted televisions
in the main operatory so patients can view their favorite
show or movie during their appointment. The large
office consists of a main clinic area which has five
semi-private operatories available and two completely
private rooms for patients who would feel more comfortable
in a totally private setting.
The spacious office setting allows plenty of room for patients and
family to come back during the orthodontic visits. In fact, Dr.
Bivins encourages parents to come back often and receive updates
on patient progress. Dr. Bivins and his staff will always take time
to answer questions you may have regarding treatment.
Dr. Bivins has the most state of the art equipment available.
The entire office is computerized including patient charts and
records where photographs and radiographs are stored digitally.
Dr. Bivins also uses the latest technology when it comes to your
orthodontic treatment. By using such space age technology as Nickel-titanium
wires (invented by NASA) and self-ligating brackets, orthodontic
cases that once took four to five years may now be treated in
18-24 months.

COMPLIMENTARY CONSULTS:
Not sure if the timing
is right for orthodontic treatment for you or your child? Or do
you have further questions? Please schedule a complimentary consultation
where you can meet Dr. Bivins, tour the office and ask any questions
you may have. We will take digital photographs and a radiograph
if needed to accurately assess your orthodontic needs. There is never a charge for office visits until Orthodontic Treatment has started.
CONVENIENT OFFICE HOURS:
Our practice offers a variety of early and late appointments that can suit almost any schedule. With appointment
times as early as 7:30 AM and as late as 5:10 PM we can see you
or your busy student with a minimum of time missed from work or
school.
FLEXIBLE PAYMENT PLANS:
Although individual orthodontic problems require varying treatment
options ranging from as simple as a retainer to as complex as
a multidisciplinary treatment involving orthodontics and other
dental specialties, we have many available payment options to
suit nearly every budget. All payment plans and financing are
done in house which allows us to offer flexible payment terms
to our patients. We will work with your insurance company to assure
you get your maximum benefit and we offer 0% financing on the
balance of your contract.

INFECTION CONTROL:
Dr. Bivins puts his patients health and wellbeing first by meeting
and exceeding all OSHA infection control standards. All instruments
are Autoclave, Dry Heat or Chemically sterilized between uses.
All appropriate barrier techniques such as disposable gloves and
masks are used to ensure there is no cross contamination. Chairs
and lights are thoroughly cleaned and chemically sterilized before
patient visits. Feel
