The orthodontic team is our most important asset. As such, I will only work with the highest quality people. Everyone shares the responsibility to provide the very best care and service possible to each patient. Each team member also has the responsibility to be professional in both appearance and demeanor. We love our jobs, and I think it shows!

Courtney Barbour
Courtney has been with Bivins Orthodontics since October 2006. When not at work, she enjoys working out and spending time with her significant other Jo Jo. She resides in Virginia Beach.

Kim Dutton
Kim has been with Bivins Orthodontics as the Patient Coordinator since June 2007. Kim has traveled extensively as a Navy Officer’s wife and has called Great Bridge home since 2001. When not enjoying the company of her husband and two beautiful daughters, Kim enjoys decorating and completing home improvement projects.

Dianna Eggleston
Dianna has been an Orthodontic Assistant since 1990. She is a native of Virginia who now resides in Franklin with her son Hunter.

Judy Elder
Judy has worked in the orthodontic field since March of 2001. She is the Professional Relations Coordinator and Administrative Assistant for Bivins Orthodontics. Judy grew up in the Tidewater area and currently resides in the Great Bridge area with her husband Chris and son, Caleb.

Susie Gardner
Susie has been an Orthodontic Assistant since 1986. She is the New Patient Coordinator for Bivins Orthodontics. She enjoys working with children and in her free time coaches a children's bowling team. She resides in Suffolk with her husband, Bobby, and their two children, Gabrielle and Evan.

Joni Hazelette
Joni has worked in the orthodontic field since 1994. She is the Insurance Coordinator and receptionist for Bivins Orthodontics. When not at work, Joni loves sports, photography and spending quality time with her children and her husband, Charlie. She is a proud mother of four sons and has lived in the Great Bridge area since 1988.

Cassie Hudson
Cassie has been in the orthodontic field since April 2006. Cassie enjoys sports, concerts, and is a huge Nascar Fan. She resides in Portsmouth and has a dog named Rufus.

Patti Hurst
Patti is Bivins Orthodontics' Office Manager. She has been in the field of orthodontics since 1969. When not at work, Patti loves camping and travel. Her three daughters and one grandson all live in Ohio, but come to visit often. She resides in Norfolk with her husband, Dennis.

Sasha Gist
Sasha joined Bivins Orthodontics in September of 2007. She is a previous patient of Dr. Todd's. After seeing the before and after of her own orthodontic treatment, she knew that the orthodontic field was for her. So after graduating Dental Assisting School, she called Dr. Todd for a job. When not at work, Sasha enjoys spending time with her family and her significant other Joshua.

Kristy Graham
Kristy is also a previous patient of Dr. Todd's. One day she came in for an orthodontic appointment, she let Dr. Todd know that she was attending Dental Assisting School and we just so happened to be hiring at the time and Dr. Todd told her to fill out an application, and next thing you know she working for us. She joined our practice in October of 2007. Kristy lives in the Great Bridge area. When not at work she enjoys spending time with her family, friends, & her significant other Derrick.

Erin Thorne
Erin, as well, was a previous patient of Dr. Todd's. She worked her externship hours with us while attending Dental Assisiting School, and then joined our team full-time in December of 2007. When not working she enjoys, concerts, shopping & spending time with her boyfriend, Joshua.

Nikki Kegerreis
Nikki also a former patient of Dr. Todd's, joined our practice in April 2008. When not at work Nikki enjoys shopping, spending time at the beach, and hanging out with her boyfriend, Mike.

Kelli Castelloe
Kelli joined Bivins Orthodontics in May 2008 and has been in the orthodontic field for 15 years. She is a native of Chesapeake, and has two children, Nick & Ashlynn. In her spare time, she enjoys music, the beach, watching her son play the drums, and she is a huge Chicago Cubs fan.
