All three of my children have been seen at Bivins and all three had amazing results. The staff and Dr Bivins are all amazing. Dr Bivins takes great pride in the end result and doesn't rush any part of the process. The office itself is very clean, inviting and calm and we always looked forward to the pumpkin contest every year. We dont come here often anymore as all three kids are out of braces and on basic maintenance now with their retainers, but even on the rare occasion to go in for a retainer replacement, everyone is just as kind and sweet to us. I will always recommend Bivins to all who ask.
