"All three of my children have been seen at Bivins and all three had amazing results. The staff and Dr Bivins are all amazing. Dr Bivins takes great pride in the end result and doesn't rush any part of the process. The office itself is very clean, inviting and calm and we always looked forward to the pumpkin contest every year. We dont come here often anymore as all three kids are out of braces and on basic maintenance now with their retainers, but even on the rare occasion to go in for a retainer replacement, everyone is just as kind and sweet to us. I will always recommend Bivins to all who ask."

"Dr. Todd and his staff are amazing, the very definition of what the heart of great bridge is! I was his patient as a teenager and again as a “I didn’t wear my retainers the first time” young adult and so the tradition continues as my son is a current patient. Dr. Todd and his staff have skillfully/magically made my 9 year olds shark teeth smile perfection. He looks forward to his monthly visits and collecting his Bivins Bucks!"
"Dr. Todd treated me with braces in my early teens and I loved my teeth! It wasn't until I was about 23 did I realize how important it was to wear my retainer. 12 plus years after not wearing my retainers my teeth shifted and I wanted the smile I once had and I didn't call anyone else but Bivens. One of the best things about Dr. Todd's practice is that he keeps up with the technological advancements in orthodontics and he gives an honest opinion as to what treatment will give you the best results. I live off of Shore Drive in Virginia Beach and drove to Great Bridge (passing numerous other Orthodontist's) because I knew it would be worth the drive! The staff is awesome and are veterans in the orthodontic world!"
